terms of service

1. You must agree to the TOS to be able to receive commission from me.
2. You must pay before I can start working on your commission.

3. No refunds AFTER the sketch process.
4. Requesting large changes after sketch process may cost extra(I will determine this).
5. Do not use my art in or to promote harmful, disrespectful, or any subject that I may be uncomfortable with.
6. I am allowed to decline any request if I have an issue(any payment included before will be refunded).
7. PayPal and CashApp will currently be the only payment method I take.
8. Breaking any of these rules will result in a block or you'll be ignored.

about me

I go by the names Rain or Tsai online. I'm 16 and I'm Hmong! I can speak English and Hmong. I've been drawing my whole life but I've started taking it more seriously when I was about 12.Currently, I use CLIP STUDIO PAINT on a HUION KAMVAS 16 PRO Tablet with a stylus for digital art. I also use a physical sketchbook and I take art classes as a traditional alternative(commissions are only in digital format).I mainly have a passion for art, graphic design, animation, music, and puzzles.Why did I open commissions? Simply to try and make money out of my art and hopefully learn some new things!
(I also love reading manga and playing games so this'll help me afford it)
